Paul is a seasoned pharmacy owner with over 25 years’ experience driving sustained growth and operational performance across the pharmacy sector.
Formerly a Director at Blooms Management Services Ltd, he brings deep head office capability and first-hand experience leading complex, multi-site retail operations, with a strong focus on performance measurement, decision discipline, and execution at scale.
Supported by executive education in Leadership from Oxford University and specialist qualifications in Strategic Planning and Retail Management from Melbourne Business School, Paul applies a structured, data-led approach to identifying opportunity, prioritising action, and embedding change.
His work is grounded in commercial focus and practical delivery, helping pharmacy businesses scale with clarity, strong governance, and teams empowered to execute consistently.
Tannah Stoneham
Commercial, Strategy & People
Tannah works across commercial strategy and organisational development at Nascent Retail. With a Bachelor of Commerce in Business and a background spanning finance, brand strategy and team development, she brings a strong commercial lens to how retail businesses grow and operate.
Her work focuses on the intersection of people, culture and performance; supporting leadership teams to build capable organisations, structured operations and clear communication frameworks.
Tannah also oversees Nascent Retail’s digital presence, applying the same strategic discipline to social platforms to ensure they support brand positioning, commercial objectives and internal culture.
