Usage data — pages visited, time on site, and device type, collected anonymously via analytics cookies (see Cookie Policy). 

Billing information — invoicing details required to fulfil an engagement. Payment card data is processed by our payment provider and never stored by us. 

We do not collect sensitive information as defined under the Privacy Act (health, financial, or biometric data) unless explicitly required and consented to.

Each provider is bound by their own privacy policy and, where required, a data processing agreement. 

Data retention

We retain personal information for as long as necessary to deliver our services and meet legal obligations. Client records are retained for seven years in accordance with Australian tax law. Contact form submissions are deleted after 24 months if no engagement results.
